How long does it take to get my photos?

No longer than 2 weeks. Guaranteed faster turnarounds will incur an extra charge (fastest is 24 hours for first 100 photos).

Do I get copyright of my photos?

Any photo you buy you can use for almost anything, the only thing you can't do is sell a picture I've taken. If you wish to purchase the copyright so you can sell the photo yourself, this option is available at a cost.

What happens if I need to reschedule?

If you cancel within 6 weeks you will lose 50% of any deposit.

If you cancel with 3 weeks you will lose all of any deposit.

How far will you be able to travel?

All travel requests will be factored in to any cost. I've photographed over 50 countries and would gladly do another.

Do you apply filters/"Photoshop" to your photos?

Every photo I take will be edited to bring the picture alive. I do not apply a single filter to all pictures in a set, I work to create unique adjustments on every photo. See below for examples of before/after of 3 different pictures from the same set, but each with their own edits.

Most people want a little spot or wayward hair removed, this is included in the price - but you've got to let me know when you see the photo if you think I've missed something!

 

I also can provide magazine-cover grade skin "Photoshop" on request at extra cost. Depending on how many photos you'd like worked on, it will likely move the time you get the photos back.

What about Black and White?

From time to time I will add a black and white photo because I feel the picture would benefit from being B&W. Black and White, if done right, is a complete process and can result in very different photos. Which is why I offer B&W photos on request for a £2 per picture.

Can I have the RAW?

Yes, at £2 per RAW

How do you handle backups?

When I press the trigger 4 pictures are taken and saved to two different memory cards. Memory cards are stored in protective cases and when I transfer their content I simultaneously transfer to two cloud environments as well as 1 local hard drives. I do not remove images from Memory cards for 1 week after a shoot. By the time I open the first image on my computer there are likely to be 7 instances of the image available to me.

Why do you only sell one option of photo?

I believe you should only buy one photo once, and that photo should look good on an massive TV screen. My price for a 'full size' image is the better than what other photographers call 'web ready'

'Web Ready' photos are usually low resolution that will look good on your phone, but look bad on a larger screen or if you want to print it out.​

​

With my you will always get a photo that'll look great on your phone, TV, or even printed off.

Can you print?

Yes, I work with local companies for canvas and frame printing. 

​

I use the highest possible resolution for printing, which is higher than the images sold via the site - helping make your print as detailed as possible.

​

What types of Payment do you accept?

Cash, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal for smaller bookings (<£300). Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit card for all larger bookings, or any booking that requires a deposit.
